Phone and skype interview and i was able to answer for all the questions , these guys will ask only easy questions so the candidate will get select and the further process will happen and they will get the work done by the candidate for some days for the free of cost by the way of saying this is interview process and then they will ask you to do the same again, make you to do the same thing if you are like doing the work you are gone
