My resumé was forwarded to them by a contact of mine. Received a call that there was an interest in meeting me for an open position at one of their client sites. It sounded like a great opportunity so I was eager to see what it was all about. Coordinating a phone screen was somewhat difficult and confusing at best, but after finally getting to speak with them, they made me feel like I had never had a job in my life. They were giving me more instruction on how to interview rather than tips on how to secure the particular role. The in-person interviews were much better and after meeting with two of the team members, I felt really confident and was called back the following day for a second round. This interview went okay but I could tell this individual felt much different about my qualifications than the previous team members I met. Needless to say, the feedback I received was that they decided to continue to see other candidates and that I was still being considered. And it was at this point that everything has gone completely silent...

The recruiter advised me to take notes during the interview which is something I have never done. It seems it would be a bit distracting, at least for me anyway.

First interview took place over the phone with a talent recruiter. Second interview took place over video with two managers.
Overall very professional process, Interviewers we’re personable and friendly.
I am still applying for other roles.

Where do you see yourself in five years?
I was interviewed via phone as well as in-person. My in-person interview was first by my to-be-manager and the director. The manager took me on a mini tour of the office I'd be sitting at and then brought me to a meeting room. She asked standard questions and it didn't feel too formal. The director at the time was a bit more formal and walked me out at the end.

I was reached out to by a recruiter even though I wasn't looking to leave my current company. She was kind and made the company and job seem so interested. I went through 3 interviews after speaking to her. One with the direct manager, his manager and then the director. The ask great questions in a very conversational way that made it feel comfortable. I think I got a great recruiter as she laid out what the timeline and steps would look like. She prepped me before each interview and spoke to me after each one. She kept the process moving along. Ultimately, I received an offer and was so happy to accept. I worked with the recruiter through the onboarding process and she was always there to answer questions.
