Submitted resume with application online. Within two weeks I had scheduled a phone interview. At the end of my phone interview they said they would be in touch soon to setup a site visit. Site visit was about a week later. Visited Plant 2 & Plant 4. Unfortunately you do the same interview at both. So, you are answering the same questions twice. Very comfortable interview. Was more of a dialogue over a grueling interview process.
