Quick, panel style, not high pressure, skills are important but also concerned with fit within the office. Thorough discussion regarding position, environment and expectations. Recruiters are good at follow up.
2 rounds of an interview involving technical, financial, and aptitude questions. The panel has a hiring manager, HR, and GM/AGM. It's a fairly ok interview if you are a seasoned person. It doesn't require a lot of preparation
