Interviewer did not have a kind energy towards interviewee. Interviewer didn't allow for any flow of conversation and kept it scripted, rather than natural. I believe this was due to the person who interviewed me, rather than the company as a whole. Interview essentially consisted of an unimpressed boring question/answer session with a couple of other employees "listening in" on the process prepared to ask questions. I got the impression that they were not even listening and were working on other assignments and not engaged in the process. They all asked unengaging questions and the whole process was disappointing, especially due to the company's great reputation.
