Hiring process included uploading CV and optional cover letter. The interview was unprofessional, it became evident that the interviewer had not received adequate training in order to carry out interviews. Questions asked were not related to job role or job description. I was told to study a legal framework in preparation for the interview as there would be some questions based on this; however the legal framework was not mentioned at all during the interview.
