Recruiter review, then be ready to deal with the first line of the hiring manager(s) interviewing stage (after signing a NDA before been offered a position!). The first person is key because if it's a miss that's the end of the process for you. Hopefully this person is technically qualified than you and got hired via his/her credentials instead of networking (becoming rare in this industry). If you have gotten this far in the process it's more a personality fit than a technical know how - and most qualified candidates (sadly) lose this battle due to my second to last point, hence good luck!

Straight forward questions. Too many to list. But generally past experience, go through your resume bullets, specific scenarios of technical problems to solve (collection and parsing of data, statistical tools used, automation) and future goals etc....

Entrevista
It was the first time I saw an opening position for my role at Magic Leap. I applied and the recruiter got in touch very quickly. The recruiter did an amazing job scheduling the interview, checking in after the interviews and keeping me up to date throughout the process. The process started with meeting with the hiring manager which was quite positive. Then technical interviews with engineers from the team. They were nice and honest, when being asked about the stability of the company. Unfortunately I wasn't selected. The interview questions were reasonable, no tricky questions expected. Magic Leap works on headsets, which is quite niche so they're likely looking for someone with closely relevant experience. Overall, it was positive. I was hoping more positions would be opened in the future.

very easy interviews and fun, recruiter did their job very well. Onboarding was very good took around a week to complete all the interviews All the process was completed within 1 month

Past work experience technical questions work culture and about company
It was over Goggle Hangouts. It was very simple and easy-going. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and the conversation flowed nicely. I didn't feel too nervous or awkward at all.
