I was called to their Mumbai office. I took a leave to attend the interview. The interviewer asked typical questions like why do you want to join our organization etc. This interview could have been conducted online as well. The interview was quite easy but when they did not respond after 2-3 days, I asked about the results. HR informed me that I was not selected. They did not have the courtesy to inform me about the same. When I asked about feedback, HR did not have any answer. The interview process is pretty random and completely based on interviewer's whims and moods. I still do not understand how within 30 minutes, by asking typical questions like what are your strengths and weaknesses, the interviewer decided I was unfit for the job.
