HR will reach out to you and set up an interview with them, and your potential supervisor. HR Meeting lasts about 20 minutes, very basic, asks you to tell you about your experience, tells you about the position. Supervisor interview was slightly awkward, mostly conversational but didn't really ask many questions. Why do you want to work there, are you familiar with ticketmaster systems, nothing out of the ordinary. Most of this part of the interview is you asking them questions. The company is very formal so be sure to dress to the nines.

The entire process would have been unnecessarily long for an entry level position. There was a lack of communication post-interview in terms of next steps and generic feedback. Overall, easy interview.
