Pretty standard - initial gatekeeper HR interview followed by meeting with hiring manager, then member of the team, and finally department head. Was able to get through all interviews within a week - however at the end the department head straight up said they were going to hold out for better - but if I was willing to wait they might come back to me. So - yeah.
