Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Madison Reed (San Francisco, CA) en dic 2018

      Entrevista

Overall I felt this interview process to be unorganized, leaving me with a bad impression of the company. I was initially contacted by the recruiter for an phone screen. I then spoke with their hiring manager, followed by two in person visits. During my first visit, I was told to block out three hours of my time to meet with three different members of the team. I was told however that my third interviewer of the day was tentative due to his availability. A first, I thought this was a way for them to suss out how well I interviewed and if I was good enough to be interviewed by more senior members of the team. This didn't turn out to be the case... because I was invited it come back a second time. During my first office visit, I first met with a junior member of the marketing team, then met with the hiring manager (although I thought this order should have been switched?). After the first two interviews, I was told that due to scheduling, I wouldn't be meeting with the third interviewer and that I would have to come back. I get that scheduling is sometimes difficult, but you should realize that people are taking time out of their jobs to come interview. It would have been much better to come during a time where everyone was available to meet. A few weeks later, I came back to meet with two other members of Madison Reed. The first was with the original guy I was supposed to meet with the first visit. The second interviewer ended not coming into the office that day, so we took the interview via video chat. Because my last interview was done via video... I was left alone in the conference room after we finished. With no one really coordinating my visit, I turned off the TV and walked myself out of their office completely unescorted. I never heard from the recruiting team or the hiring manager about next steps. A few weeks later, I get a generic email from the original recruiter saying that they have decided to move on with a different candidate.
