I was recommended through colleague for the role. First met with one of the founders. Founder was 20 minutes late to the meeting. Our talk was brief. Asked about my background/experience, what brands I am following, what I'm looking for in my next role. I met some members of the design team. After a few weeks, I followed up and they went radio silent. No updates, no rejection notice. Overall, the lack of follow up and response left a bad taste in my mouth and showed the company isn't professional.
