Entrevista
TLDR: The interview took over 2 weeks. The interviews are rushed. The interviewers are not interested in getting to know you rather to tick boxes and passive aggressively highlight your faults. You will be interviewing with some randoms who will not be your teammates. Terrible feedback.
It started with an introductory faceless call to talk about the role and why i'm interested.
They sent an email detailing the stages of the next interview (technical tests). The email advised to practice code katas and system designs c4 model. These did not matter as the real tests were too simple however you have to jump into drawing diagrams and coding otherwise they will rush you.
The interview
The next stage was
Have you ever encountered a conflict with a colleague or team member? how did you resolve the issue, what steps did you take to ensure it did not impact the project's outcome?

Entrevista
The first round was with HR and was informal, focusing on detailing my experience and motivation to join.
The second round lasted for 1 hour and included system design and pair programming.
A public service use case was provided, and I was asked to design the system. This was followed pair programming which included solving specific use cases related to the same system design problem.
They are looking for a more collaborative, detail-oriented, and user-focused system design solution.
During pair programming, the emphasis was on adhering to the TDD approach, solving use cases using TDD principles, and maintaining a collaborative approach while working on the solution.
The interview panel were friendly and supportive.

An initial HR Interview, followed by a live programming (TDD)
& architectural interview with 2 members of the team and the final interview soft skills/management interview by Business Analyst and lead tech.
They surprisingly didn't really dig into design patterns or my history or anything that I'd consider would demonstrate my broad skills over the past few decades.
I was provided questions up front at the final interview. They asked more taxing questions that weren't prescribed which was slightly jarring. So didn't have the best answers for those.
It was suggested by HR whether to put me forward to a mid developer role but then I got offered a job in the same industry/role which was above their maximum salary band for the senior role.
The most important point to mention here is that the communications was poor as I ended up dealing with 2 people (1 of which just stopped responding) and now they are currently ghosting me about feedback that they never provided. Makes me feel like I dodged a bullet.
They couldn't even provide me with coherent feedback. I see that others have had similar poor experiences.
