I was interviewed by one of the available managers. She just asked me a couple of questions about customer service and on the sales floor (what would I do if....) and then offered me a job and told me where she pictured me to be of most help. I was told to that I would have training 4 weeks after my interview but I was called in less than 2 weeks for 1 day of training and then right to work.
