Everyone is very happy and enthusiastic about the company. You must be the same way and be very excited to work for the company. They want someone who can analyze and stress this a lot during the interviews. You will have a 30 minute phone interview, and then if you do well you will be invited to a 2-day on site interview.

What kind of job have you had that helped you learn how to run a business? Describe what you learned.
Interviewed over video. Interviewer was extremely late and very unprepared. Even though she had set up the interview, she was asking me about a completely different job. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. I removed myself from further consideration.

Three separate interviews, all very generalized questions but no real details on day to day expectations. Seemed very desperate to build a team fast with not a lot of room to negotiate salary
HR seemed bothered by the fact they set up a call with me and had zero interest being on the call. At that point, I had zero interest anymore for going further.
