Applied online, a few days later received an email invitation to schedule an interview. I followed the steps and scheduled it for the next week. During the interview, the interviewer simply read the questions from the form and wrote my answers down, not much of a conversation. Was told that this was a part time position and that it there wouldn't be much of a possibility for a promotion to full-time. The next day I received an email stating that I didn't qualify for the position which I thought was odd since I have a bachelor's degree and plenty of experience working in an office environment.
I had a one on one interview with the supervisor. She asked the common interview questions: tell me about yourself , what are your strengths and weaknesses. Always prepare scenario answers.

Entrevista
Fill out online app, receive text saying they would like an interview and follow scheduling link in email. Store manager called promptly at scheduled time, spent about half an hour. The ad didn't list salary, and we didn't discuss it til the end of the interview. Early in the interview it was stressed to me that this person needed to be highly dependable, as they had multiple high level responsibilities such as access to the vault, and there were only 3 team members. At the end of the interview, while discussing pay scale, it was divulged that this was in entry level position, and paid accordingly. As a former business owner with decades of relevant experience, I wasn't interested in what seemed to me like a high-pressure, low-pay position. We stopped the interview when it became clear that I would require more money than they would offer, but I do believe that I would've been offered the job if I'd been willing to accept the pay.

Entrevista
I arrived and waited in a hallway. I spent about 25-30 minutes interviewing with one supervisor. After speaking about experience we discussed several openings that may have been a good fit as well.
