Typical retail interview. Was called about a week after applying and interviewed at Macy's offices in Portland although it was a position in Clackamas. There were two people running the interview of about 8 candidates, at least 4 were hired. The interview was primarily role playing.

Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
Was an easy phone interview that only took a couple of minutes. I was only asked maybe 3 questions at most. Questions were sales experience, job history, and what I can work
