it was an easy 15 minute interview. talked about normal stuff like can I show up and what my hours would be. they were pretty strict on pay and would want to float other departments as well.
One on one interview that went smooth. They asked general questions about experience and scenario planning. I had a phone interview before the in person interview. It was a comfortable setting.
It is just a simple phone interview with minimal questions. They don't ask for much on the phone, just answer honestly, You most likely will be accepted for the job.

Once you have applied, the manager would call you and arrange a interview date. Either the Manage or People Leader would conduct the interview. It's just a few questions. Once they see you are a worthy candidate, they will discuss your availability and have you sign forums to complete the interview and move on to training.
