Basic questions. Usually a phone interview first then one or two sit down interviews. Process can take forever because the HR people take for ever to do their jobs.

30 minutes video interview. Basically introducing the company the first 10-15minutes. Behavioral questions for the next 15 minutes.process was pretty quick, but behavioral questions were too much. They have asked multiple questions on how manage team, and what success look like.

I had an initial telephone interview. The next step is to receive an in person interview with the direct hiring manager from their Union City, California Logistics Department. I am awaiting for the call should it happen. Overall, I feel that the interview went well and I have positive outlook on the opportunity.
