Had a phone interview where the interviewer asked me questions about scenarios and what I would do. What're my strengths and weaknesses. They also asked me about my availability. The interviewer seemed patient and respected my time to answer the questions.

Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
Was an easy phone interview that only took a couple of minutes. I was only asked maybe 3 questions at most. Questions were sales experience, job history, and what I can work
