They called me after I submitted my application online and scheduled an appointment. On the day/time, I sat in the management waiting area and was brought into a room to be interviewed. There was only one interview done. The manager offered me a job directly after the interview.

easy going customer service related questions. The manager asked me about how I would handle angry customers Also asked me about what I would do If i saw a coworker steal
The interview process is easy. It will walk through typical customer service questions, your past experiences, and how you would get customers to sign up for a credit card. They are looking for weekend availability.
