Sign up online, about 200 personality questions and got an email the next day for an interview. Easiest interview ever! He asked me a few questions about customer service and off the bat he told me I was hired and asked me when I can start.

I had two interviews over the hiring process.. once for the initial position I was interviewing for.. and then a second time for getting into a different position the hiring manager thought I'd be good in. While it was difficult to get hired, I've been happy with my time at the company.
It was a very simple process. I applied online and was asked to give an in-person interview about a week later. The interview took about 15-20 minutes and I was told then if I was hired or not.
