filled out the aplication online. About 4 days later received an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was the next day. It lasted about 30 minutes. I was scheduled for an onsite interview the same day I did the phone interview. The onsite interview lasted the same amount of time. The same day, after the onsite interview, I was offered the position and completed new hire paperwork.
