There were two 30- minute behavioral interviews with two different executives. The night before the interviews, the executives held a panel to answer any relevant questions regarding the process and regarding the interview. Some of these panelists were the interviewers the next day, others were not.

It went well, I loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere I received when speaking to the person across the screen. It didn't just feel like your general interview as she also enganged
Fair but with expectations about Macys acumen. Must know the business structure and things affecting the business. Fast recruitment heard back within 4 weeks of applying which was very nice. HR could be more responsive

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of a behavioral section and then part 2 was about a worksheet you pre answer prior to the interview. The worksheet asks you to look at the macys website and see strengths and weakness. It asks for improvements and suggestions. It was around 45 mins virtually and very casual.
