The interview consisted of 2 parts: first was a typical behavioral interview, the second was a case study consisting of a coaching exercise. The second part was pretty difficult because I wasn't quite prepared for it (I have no previous coaching/manager experience), so it was difficult to give my presentation. Overall, a good experience because the people are nice and passionate about their work.

30 minutes video interview. Basically introducing the company the first 10-15minutes. Behavioral questions for the next 15 minutes.process was pretty quick, but behavioral questions were too much. They have asked multiple questions on how manage team, and what success look like.

People development; what does success look like to you.
Fill out the online application, they will request a recorded interview if they select you, then an in-person interview. Questions are really standard and repetitive, asking about sales, hospitality and customer service.
Interviewed with manager discuss what’s needed on the sales floor someone who helps customers. Learn to look product up on the computer. They let you know that the position is seasonal maybe this was said 4 to five times. Given a packet of what the pay structure is. During the interview it seemed like a sales pitch for the Macy credit card.
