I arrived 15 minutes before. Went into the executive offices. I was asked to wait. They were all very nice and polite. It made me feel less nervous. I was called in at the time of my interview. I told then I was nervous and they made me feel really comfortable telling me it was okay.

After applying you get an email if your met questionnaire right! It’s in person in interview where they ask a lot of questions about pas experiences. I you are told at the same time if you are hired.

How do you handle manage difficult customer? Do you resolve the problem on your own or ask manager for help?
It was pretty basic and straightforward. Situational questions. Set of 5 questions and then the pretty standard question of why are you looking for a new job. It was an easy interview.
