I went to the University of Arizona Fall Career Fair and met Sarina and Chris at the Macy's booth. I hadn't previously had Macy's in mind to start my career, but the recruiters seemed really encouraging and they were doing on site interviews that week. I went to my in person interview and it was basic employer questions, nothing technical. A week later, I received an email saying that they wanted to do a skype interview with me which would be with a Software Engineer and the head of the program that I would be in. The questions in this interview were mixed: a few behavioral questions and a few technical questions. Overall it was a smooth process and within a few weeks I got a call with a job offer.
