I applied online at Macysjobs.com, received an email and instructions on choosing interview time. The Interviewer, although nice, read a list of questions from a sheet and wrote down your answers - very scripted and impersonal.
Casting call was a excellent place to be when I was hired. Talented people to interview you. And very competitive to get a ask. Attire was important of course. New York City was excellent
Interview was conducted online, automated and with hiring staff. Notified of next steps via email and phone call. Application process and approval process were streamlined. Everything was well communicated up to and including reporting for the first day of work.
Reached out via email followed by a phone call that if you move forward in the process leads to an offer (via email) and directions for your first day of orientation
