I interviewed with the store manager. I made my pitch from the job I applied for. She asked what that job was. When I told her merchandising manager she told me that one was filled and offered me a sales manager job on the spot. A week later the Merchandising manager stepped down due to the pressure.

The questions were pretty straight forward. They asked why I wanted to work for Macy's? What did I consider Good customer service? Showed me a score card of associates and I analyzed it.
