The manager was thorough and understanding of my current situation, had excellent answers to my questions, and worked with me to find a full time job opening that was a better fit for my situation when it was made apparent to her that I preferred a full time position. Manager was as engaged in hiring as I was, and genuinely sympathetic and willing to work with me. I was hired on the spot due to an excellent resume, though I am overqualified for the position, but advancement opportunities are open.
