Met with Manager of College Relations and Staffing Manager to discuss opportunity for the position. It involved working with associates and store management executive team on a project in order to improve metrics within specific department in store.

There are multiple steps for this interview. This was through campus recruiting and there are info sessions you can participate to build relationships with the recruiter. Recommend signing up for these sessions. Then, if you are scheduled an interview, you will go through basic english and math tests online. After that, you will have a 1:1 interview and will need to present based on your findings of the case that has been given to you. Overall, if you have experience in this field, it will not be complicated. Straight forward questions.
