The interviewer was very friendly. The envirnoment was busy, diverse but professional. i would recommend wearing black since that is the attire for sales associates unless you are applying for juniors department. i interviewed w/ one manager. Be confident, friendly, smile, sales experience is a plus but customer service is the key. Macys is a company that prides themselves on outstanding customer service.
