I had a great experience interviewing with Macrobond for the Account Executive role. The process was smooth, professional, and well-organized from start to finish. The recruiter was very courteous and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation, which helped me present my experience confidently.
The telephonic interview focused on understanding my background, sales experience, and motivation for the role. The questions were thoughtful and relevant, reflecting that the interviewer had taken the time to review my profile in advance.
Overall, I appreciated the transparent communication, respectful tone, and genuine interest in getting to know me beyond just my resume. Even though it was a phone interview, it felt engaging and insightful.
