I belive it's a 3 stage interview. Only got to the second stage. The screening call was fine, and I had a great chance to talk about my past experiences and how my skill set aligns with the role. I actually enjoyed the conversation. The second interview was strange. From the moment the interview started, it seemed as though they were trying to find any reason possible not to put me through the next stage. The lack of enthusiasm about the role or company was also shocking, to say the least. I still believe this is a great company, but despite how qualified I was for the role, clearly I wasn’t what this particular individual expected, and it showed throughout the interview.
