Entrevista
Attended a three and a half hour assessment that consisted of two group activities, and one paper based exam. Unfortunately, two members of the group gave others very little room to contribute, and when there was the opportunity to convey my views I felt there was not enough scope to do so. The paper based tests were relatively easy, and it was refreshing not to feel intimidated and interrupted by other candidates. Disappointed that I did not reach the interview stage, as I felt I was not given the opportunity to demonstrate my strengths.

The interview took place with the Line manager plus one other team member. I was sent a Teams link with a time and some questions I might be asked. It was straightforward

Very professional and approachable. I submitted my application too soon by mistake..couldn't retrieve it. On contacting HR reopened it, I submitted it on the closing date and was contacted the following day to be invited for interview.
