Was a mix of a Written exercise, competency interview, case study, and a group negotiation exercise. Lunch with informal conversations with trainees/associates and a office tour aswell. All in all a fairly straight-foward but challenging process

very difficult, interviewers cut questions short if they didnt see potential within the first 2 minutes so hard to answer full questions. group task was negotiating, split into groups of 6 then sub groups.
