Very unorganised interview process, got put through to an interview by a recruiter who said I would be having a 'chat' with the manager. Turns out this was a formal first-stage interview. They don't tell you anything about the job or benefits before the interview. The company only uses excel which is a massive downgrade for many experienced data analysts that use SQL and Power BI
