Had an initial phone interview that was fine. My onsite interview was one of the worst interview experiences I’ve had. Interviewed with CRO and 2 team members. CRO was extremely rude to his team during the interview. He is clearly an accomplished person but needs to take a long look in the mirror on how he treats people. Whenever the female team member spoke, he interrupted her and openly laughed at her when she clarified one his confusing questions. I felt extremely uncomfortable and could not wait to get out of there. I never called them back. The guy needs to learn how to relate to people and not treat colleagues so disrespectfully. I hope no other interviewees have this experience. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional. And I truly feel bad for anyone that has to work under that.
