One meeting with CEO. The interview was very direct and to the point about how I would make the organization run more efficiently from an IT standpoint. I said I would remove all single points of failure and streamline the delivery process. I would also augment the staff with all senior specialists to ensure the success of the program. I would also ensure the Business has key role in all of the features relating to the customer experience.
