i read the vacancy announcement and applied at December 2010. the screening process took around two weeks and they called me for interview. screening was done based on CGPA. their interview focused on my lecturing ability and skills. the other topic is my salary and my personal benefits and we agreed. on the next week they call me to sign up my contract and it was all over.
