The MYP interview process is very thorough. We acknowledge receipt of applications and always advise candidates of the outcome of their application. Both first and second interviews take up to one hour each. In addition, we do conduct internal psychometric profiling which is always marked internally prior to a second interview being scheduled. This typically takes approx. one hour. MYP has a very flat structure and this suits candidates who are keen to engage, contribute and drive their own KPIs.
