The majority of the interview was based on experience. I was taken to a place to have dinner and was asked a series of questions. Most of the interview was very casual. We talked about personal stuff for about 10 to 15 minutes and then moved on to the interview questions. The interview went very well and I was hired for the position. Most of what I was told in the interview was very different from the actual position.
