Applied directly to the company online. First round of interview with 2 managers together with a test (test was quite easy though, calculating profit and loss, securities pricing etc). being called a week after that for second interview with director of HR and one managing director. pretty much the same questions but easier than the first round.

Two rounds conducted. Said positive feedback. But no response from HR. After 3 weeks, HR replied that they hired other candidate. Not sure why they gave a positive feedback but never released the offer.

First round is Online assessment with 5 parts, almost about attention to details. Second round is HR phone screening about 30 minutes following with an hour excel test. Third round is online interview with hiring manager.

Phone screening with recruiter and then zoom interview with 3 employees that were on the accounting team. Controller, senior manager, and manager were all on the call and controller led most of it.
