Interview process was straightforward as I was approached via LinkedIn and the internal recruiter was aware of my skill set.
A series of four video interviews followed over a period of three weeks and the staff members I spoke to were very warm and approachable throughout. Two interviews were technical in nature and related directly to the job role. The others were focused around company culture and gauging my suitability for the role as a person.
Communication outside of set interview times was conducted via email directly with an HR representative who was following my progress.
Early on in the process, salary expectations were discussed and agreed upon. Other benefits on offer were fairly standard for the industry and nothing in particular stood out.
An offer was received, but came in significantly under what was previously agreed and as a result I had to decline the offer. I was very interested in this role but the process left me feeling very disappointed and misled.
