Then technical questions by one of the team members. (difficult question based on resume)
Since it was a software related job so most of the questions were related to programming.
Final call from HR to congratulate and offered a position.

I only had the initial interview. Not too bad, but I just was not prepared for an IB interview. Was mostly behavioral and one technical. Have to just have your behaviorals down pat.

Three rounds of interview: HR, associates and a director. Overall, it's more behavioural than technical. Cultural compatibility is clearly greatly valued. Being able to speak Japanese is always a plus.

Virtual interview and then moved on to interviews with the team. First round was with Two MD's and the second round with one VP. Mostly Behavioral questions and straightforward. They were all extremely friendly and it felt more like a conversation.
Only complaint is that HR took way too long to give me a status update and every email that I sent to follow up was simply ignored (essentially ghosted). Overall pretty frustrating for them to do that after going through the whole process and checks with them.
