In first round the CVs are been shortlisted after which I got an email to give demo lecture on any topic of interest The person who was sitting to observe my demo lect liked my demo but unfortunately I didn't receive any call within 15 days.

There was a demo lecture where I had to prepare a topic of my choice and they said they loved my way of teaching and said that I am hired .there was no interview .
