There are two stages of this process. Firstly, after verifying the application details with the HR, I have been told to complete the English test which tests about grammars and sentence structures. After that, there were two interviewers coming in to interview me. They are from marine claim department. They seek very true honest reality answers instead of formal sayings during interview session. The way that they talked lets me to feel that they are friendly and honest enough to interview me. They shared their experience and their job scope honestly and thoroughly. They also suggested me other good companies that can think of and other opportunities that I might seek for my future career development. This interview is special from the others as this is a two way interview. The interviewers told me that they think that I have no problem to handle the job but the problem is whether I have the enthusiasm to do the job as this is not my first choice of job scope. Hence, they asked me to really think about it and if feel interested, give them a call then only they will proceed their hiring process. However, at the end I get my desired job and I emailed the company to tell about this. I have a really good experience and learn a lot during this interview. Thank you!
