I filled out an online application. Then they sent me an email to confirm an interview. It was a group interview. Well it wasn't a real interview because everyone who showed up was hired on the spot. They just told us about the job, we watched a 5 minute video and gave us the time to show up for training. So the interview process was very simply because it seems like you're guaranteed a job.

Having worked for this company before this interview was basically a meeting about what all parties were expecting from this opportunity. We talked about salary, benefits and what was expected in the first couple of months. Decisions on company vehicle and moving expenses and time needed to find office and home. Also agreements on everything talked about.
