Prior to being interviewed, I had to complete a number of tests at home and send them - data check, following instructions, laboratory test and numerical comprehension. I then had a group assessment with about 10 other candidates lasting half a day. We did group exercises to begin with then practical tests, interviews and lab tours lasting about half an hour each.
