Virtual interview describing the role and then moved on to leadership expectations and focusing on past experiences than are vital for the role
They did a prescreening, a test (that took a few hours) and then an interview with management. Except for the test, the process was pretty straight forward. They also reached out to inform the outcome.

I did 7 interviews and at the end they told me that the position has been put on hold. Pretty resource intensive and not efficient way of recruiting. Wouldn’t it be more efficient to conduct panel interviews?
